Pen Mobile Solutions chosen courier is UPS Worldwide, all packages are usually despatched on a next day service for UK customers, and on an expedited service for worldwide customers. Leadtimes on the expedited service can vary, parcels are usually received within 2-3 days for EU countries and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.
When the item is in stock, your order will be despatched within 24 hours and you should receive your order the following working day. Some products take a few days to come from our suppliers, so please allow the relevent lead-time for your product to be despatched.
Prior to paying for any order the customer will be shown the delivery charge as part of their invoice. The customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order if they are not happy with the delivery charge.
